1Start from the template
Download the Excel template (dropdowns for states, weight checks and a field guide sheet) or the CSV template. Keep the header row as it is and add one row per parcel under the examples. Rows whose cells all start with “e.g.” are examples and are never booked.
Money is in US dollars, weight in pounds (lb) and sizes in inches. Common header spellings such as Ship To Name, Phone Number, Zip Code or Weight are recognized too, so most order exports need only a weight column added.

3Batches with many stops
- One file is one pickup address and up to 500 drop-offs. Enter the pickup address on the upload page, not in the file.
- Shipping from several warehouses or stores? Upload one file per pickup address.
- Each row is one parcel. Two boxes to the same address are two rows, each with its own weight.
- Choose same-day dispatch or a date up to 14 days ahead; drivers travelling that day can claim the parcels in advance.
- Bundle and volume discounts are worked out for you and shown on every row of the quote.
4Check, quote, book
- Check. When you choose the file, every row is checked in your browser. Problem cells turn red with the reason; fix them in place.
- Quote. Each valid row is priced in USD from distance and weight. Nothing is booked or charged yet, and the prices are held for a few minutes.
- Book. Confirm to book the valid rows from your wallet. Rows that still have problems are skipped and never charged.
- Trying it out? Tick Sandbox: test parcels are quoted and booked but never charged or dispatched.
5Common fixes
- Not a US number
- Ten digits with a real area code, e.g. (512) 555-0143. A leading 1 or +1 is fine.
- Outside our area
- AK, HI and PR are not served yet. Faltah delivers in the 48 contiguous states and D.C.
- Use a 5-digit ZIP
- Excel drops leading zeros from numbers; the portal restores a 4-digit ZIP, but format the column as Text to be safe.
- Parcels are limited to 150 lb
- Split heavier shipments into several parcels.
- Give all three sides or none
- Length, width and height go together, in inches. Leave all three blank if you don't know them.
- Same order reference as row N
- References must be unique within one file, so each parcel can be traced to its order.
